Raftelis will be at the June Borough Council Workshop Meeting to share an overview of the community input on the strategic framework. They will also share proposed language for the vision and strategic outcomes, based on community feedback.
Raftelis will then work with Council to refine the vision statement and strategic outcome areas, drawing on the community input and additional feedback from Council. They will also review the next steps in the strategic planning process.
