At the December Parks & Recreation Board meeting, the board will vote on the design of the Fairground Avenue Linear Park recreation Area.
During the November meeting, Chris Chiampi of Frederick, Siebert, and Associated unveiled his initial design. Based on feedback from Engage Carlisle, the park will feature inclusive play equipment, as well as a swing path.
